Mô Tả Công Việc
- Provide general administrative supports and co-operate with other departments to ensure smooth admin operations;
- Supervise and take care of assets and office facilities to ensure a professional working place;
- Perform indirect purchasing (printing and printed materials, office necessity, logistics, etc.) and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers to get the best price, quality products and services;
- Manage third party team’s performance (Transportation; canteen and security) to ensure smooth operations within the company to meet standards as agreement and cost effectiveness;
- Assist with company events/ activities to provide sufficient resources and ensure effective process;
- Arrange necessary booking for business trip such as: book the air ticket and hotel for business traveler
- Make schedule of meeting rooms send to all department to avoid interrupt the meeting schedule of department
- Circulation of documents. make sure all In/Out documents are implement well tracking record and properly filling.
- Manage stationery, uniform, Work cloths and safety shoe for the employee. Coordinates on monthly inventory and make the plan to purchase the stationery every month to send to all department to get confirm
- Observe instructions from director.
- Monitoring Security activities, taking care of Admin duty in office and whole factory (i.e; drinking water, daily meal providing, register finger-print for new staff, work with SAP/IT to solve the issue for finger-print issued)
- All HR administration related issues
Implement, supervise and improve all daily activities in General Affair section to make sure all activities are run smoothly.
** Process activities / main functions :
- Assist HRAM Manager to planning for yearly plan on sport activity, organizing and support relevant section on yearly event.

- Work with relevant department to have correct data in the task assign by HR Manager
- HR Activity according to the budget
- Employee data: manage the employee database in checking attendant and book meal in accurate quantity
Set up records and personnel file for new employees.
Maintain employee’s records in the personnel file.
Update and maintain employee database.
- Be responsible for all administration activities
- Ensure Office facilities and locker is in good condition and ready for use and be controlled.
- Ensure clinic service is satisfying for all employees.
- Ensure canteen service is in 5 stars level
- Other HR tasks assigned by HR Manager.
** Communication structure :
Intern: Production, Technical, Quality, Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, maintenance, warehouse,
Extern (outside from the Company) Local government, outsourcing agency to solve the matter related to assignment task
** General and specific know :
- Several years of experience in administrative/ general affairs duty
- Solid knowledge of law of Vietnam, knowledge in build up regulation, SOP, WI in assignment duty.
- Preferably experience in an international environment / organization
- Knowledge about ISO TS 16949
- Have knowledge of international standard
- Computer Skills about MS
- Sense of responsibility
- Conflict resolution skills
- Accuracy about all Contract and Reports
- Good command of English
- Good command in Vietnam
- Strong personality
- Communications talent
