Mô Tả Công Việc

Administrative Executive & Customer service is responsible for overall front office activities- including the reception area, mail, large purchasing requests and facilities- and customer satisfaction by preparing correspondences and fulfilling customer needs.

** ADMINISTRATION:
• Supervise and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department.
• Supervise the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
• Participate as needed in special department projects.
• Manage office supplies as ordering stationery, ink, water, snacks, coffee, etc.
• Purchase office equipment; keep track of the term of service contracts, work with suppliers to renewal if any.
• Booking Hotel, Air tickets, visa for BOD, employees if required.
• Notarization documentation when required.
• Scan approved documents & other related documents to upload to the server as required.
• Organize Staff activities: well-organized HR event such as year-end party, team-building trip, HR activities to maintain and enhance the company culture with good conditions and interesting activities in order to build up a strong and positive working environment.
• Any tasks assigned by CFO cum Chief Accountant.

** APARTMENT SERVICE:
• In charge of Apartments lease, renewal, maintenance, apartment cleaning, resident registration for tenants if required.
• Communicate concerns/problems about equipment and/or related services and resolve problems in a timely manner for apartments.

** Working time:
• 8:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday or flexible to the Company requirement in some cases.
• Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:30

** Company capacity: under 20 employees

** Benefit:
• Salary range: from 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND (300$ - 450$)
• 13th month salary for full-year working.
• Bonus: Following company’s regulation depend on business status and employee’s performance.
