- Keeping cash book
- Maintaining accounting filing system with supporting documents
- Making all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport) for Andros team and visitors
- Assisting expat employees in house contracting and administrative papers
- Maintaining office supplies inventory (water, coffee) and ordering office equipment and materials
- Ensuring operation of office equipment and organizing preventive maintenance and repairing work
- Ensuring that office services (cleaning, driver, building, ...) are well organized
- Being translator if needed
- Handling all incoming telephone and sending mailing
- Being liaison with external service providers and internal departments for all support
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Fluent in English and French (compulsory), both verbal and written
Experienced in using MS Word, Excel and other MOS.

Diploma - Experience:
University degree in business administration, or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in similar position
