The administrative support employee for order processing is responsible for assisting the logistics team in administrative tasks for the processing and monitoring of orders from our customers. He/she is responsible for entering the required information into the management software and ensuring adequate follow-up.
Create and Follow-up on Purchase orders
- Create Purchase orders of requested SKUs on SAP.
- Follow-up of current PO from clients and suppliers.
- Ensure that new purchase orders are added to our partners' Excel lists and validate delivery dates, prices, and quantities.
- Maintain the integrity of dates and quantities of purchasing documents in our software and in the Excel tracking list.
- Identify possible problematic cases such as quantities delivered below the order or delays in production times.
Customer service
-Reply to clients needs and answer questions
-Other customers’ service tasks.
Other tasks
- Market research for potential clients.
- Contribute to creating website for international market.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors or upper management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from College or University
- 0 to 5 years of working experience.
- Business English is a must including communication skills and writing emails (French is a plus)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High sense of responsibility, being a team-player.
- Ability to work under pressure and strictly follow deadlines.
- Working time: 40 hours/week. Monday – Thursday from 10AM to 8PM, Friday from 8AM to 12PM.
