The main responsibilities and requirements for the role include:
* Telephone answering and reception duties
* Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively
* Manage filing and record keeping
* Maintain office’s stock of provider brochures, marketing collateral and applications
* Assist with process visa and work permit applications for staff
* Organise and coordinate events and meetings
* Process all paperwork in line with rigorous compliance regulations
* Handle Courier and delivery services
* Manage book keeping and petty cash for submission to HQ and Accounts
* Manage ordering and tracking of office supplies and stationery
* Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
* Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
* University degree (is preferable but not essential)
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration
* Experience in the financial services sector (is preferable but not essential)
* Excellent written and spoken English is essential (IELTS 6 or above)
* Good with numbers and simple calculations
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Organised and accurate with attention to detail
* Pleasant and presentable with a can-do attitude
* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines efficiently
