Position Objective
Admissions Manager manages the admissions team to deliver the best introduction of Aurora International School of the Arts and provides high quality of service to potential parents in order to attract the appropriate students/ families to ensure consistency and standard of practice regarding admissions process & procedures and promotes Aurora in the wider community including the feeding schools, partner schools and corporate connections.
Admissions Management
• Monitor weekly pipeline/ monthly students forecast and review/ yearly budget of Enrolments and support the school’s financial KPIs.
• Oversee and develop the admissions team to ensure consistency and high quality in the application process.
• Carry out admissions tasks including school tours, admissions interviews, and follow-up.
• Work with other departments to ensure the effective admissions flow, maintain sufficient Admissions material, and check that all Admissions documents/ templates are correct and up to date.
• Support the Marketing and Communication team in school & marketing events.
• Assist Aurora parents by directing them to the right team to be supported.
• Provide feedback to the school based on parents' communications.

• Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of admissions and public relations activities.
• Experience in analyzing data, market dynamics, and designing creative and pragmatic solutions.
• Experience developing and managing budgets; hiring, training, and developing teams from different cultures.
• Outstanding influencing skills and ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Must have outstanding communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Highly motivated with an eye for detail and quality of work; pro-active attitude and a passion for achieving results.
• Key measures of success include generation of new enquiries, new parent visits and registrations, enrolment conversion rates, and building strong working relations with key stakeholders (school management, parental body).
Education
● Degree-level qualification in marketing, sales, or a related field with demonstrated success in an educational environment.
● English Proficiency Recognition
Experience
● 8-10 years of experience leading teams responsible for selling high-value-added services.

Working Conditions
● School Environment
● Working hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, plus occasional staff meetings, training, performances, parent evenings/events, and open school days.
