Job purpose
A high-performing Admissions Manager to meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping school competitive and innovative. Admissions Manager will be responsible for maximizing admissions team potential, crafting admission plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management
Duties And Responsibilities
• Drives enrolments to reach or exceed target numbers. Achieving growth and hitting admission targets by successfully managing the admissions team.
• Market survey and set up admission strategies, implying plans to achieve Admission
• Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors
• Aliasing with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of admission representatives
• Prepare Admission reports
• Support every admission to catch sale target and follow up customer service after sale
• Representing SNA Marianapolis to prospective families and students including, as appropriate, touring and interviewing parents and students.
• Benchmark the school’s admissions procedures against leading competitors, and suggest and implement new and innovative ways to market the school to prospective parents.
• Collect and analyse data to measure the success of Admissions process.
• Manage all placement tests or interviews for new entrants to school and collate results.
• Manage wait lists and ensure the school’s admissions policy is transparent and adhered to.
• Liaise with the Accounts Department to issue invoices for new students and ensure that all data is on system.
• Ensure the effective management and compliance of the Admission Department, including line management of the Admissions Assistant.
• Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Job Specifications
Education
• Degree in Admission/Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in a role of Admission/Marketing management; working experience in K-12 international school would be an advantage
Specific knowledge
Skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (plus other languages)
• Teamwork skills, ability to work independently; high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to work under high pressure, flexible in business travel and working locations
• Goal-oriented and being mindful of organizing, planning and implementing effective plans
• Ability to communicate flexibly, aiming for win-win goals
• Ability to motivate staff and inspire employees to work
Personal Characteristics
• Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
