Are you a communicator with a passion for education and storytelling but also with a sales mindset? IGS is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Admissions & Marketing Executive to drive and implement marketing initiatives that strengthen our school’s visibility and support student enrolment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice of a growing international school with a unique German-Vietnamese identity.
Your Role:
As Admissions & Marketing Executive, your focus will be on marketing the school while ensuring an excellent experience for prospective families throughout the admissions process. You will:
- Develop and execute content for the school’s social media channels, website, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events that engage our community and attract new families
- Capture and share inspiring stories from our students, staff, and school life
- Be the first point of contact for prospective families and guide them through the admissions journey
- Manage the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrolment, in close coordination with the academic and administrative teams
- Conduct basic market research and reporting to support strategic decisions
Yêu cầu công việc
What You Bring:
- A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience in social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong storytelling and writing skills (English and Vietnamese), with German as a big plus
- Event planning experience is a plus
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for visual communication
- Service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in education or international environments is a plus
