Role:
To execute the admissions tasks/projects according to the school’s admissions process.
To handle prospective parent’s enquiries and proactively deal with other tasks from the team.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Load the Target for Enrolling New Students
• Execute the assigned admissions target in compliance with the Admissions Comprehensive Recruitment and Retention Plan, promoting the school and its general enrolment goals to the prospective and current parents.
• Handle enquiries of prospective parents, collate application documents, guide, and assist parents in enrolment process in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain an updated admissions database of accurate enquiry and admissions status
• Provide Admissions Manager with weekly reports of admissions status, pipeline performance; utilising CRM to ensure all data is accurately captured in generating these reports, including insights on students and parents’ demographics, behaviours, and feedback.
2. School Tour - Admissions Activities
• Conduct school tours.
• Participate in all student recruitment events for prospective students and families, including Group Tours, Individual Tours, Information Sessions, and other special events.
• Assist with the organisation, planning, and execution of cultivating relationships with area feeder schools and other community partners.
• Support senior management to implement school’s activities in a timely and organised manner, participate in school activities when assigned.
• Provide support to Admissions Manager and perform other admissions tasks when needed.
3. Co-ordinate directly with parents and teaching staff on the information and documents required for the completion of application and enrolment steps of the Parent Experience Journey.
• Implement the school’s admissions processes in line with any group policies and local market regulations.
• Be a contact person for current families and students for other school activities.

Requirements:
Minimum Academic Degree required.
• Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject.
Experience, Professional Skills, and Knowledge Required:
• Needs to be knowledgeable about the school and/or the greater HCMC international and bilingual school community.
• Ability to serve as an articulate spokesperson for the mission and values of the school.
• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in a variety of situations.
• Experience in working with expats is a plus.
• Demonstrate passion for excellence, hunger to learn and willingness to work hard.
• Ability to work in shifting sessions.
• High energy, attention to detail, and the ability to organise effectively.
• Experience with production of a variety of media, particularly print and on-line publications.
• Ability to handle a multiple-priority, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Willingness to be a self-starter with a strong desire to enhance work-related skills through professional development.
IT Skills
• Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant software.
• A knowledge of modern technology and social media.
