Advanced Manufacturing Manager

PURPOSE: This role leads advanced manufacturing, digitalization, and automation initiatives across Knit Vietnam suppliers (Textile Industry). The position plays a strategic role in shaping the Future Factory model, strengthening long-term competitiveness, and improving team and supplier productivity through digital, data, and AI-driven solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will lead advanced manufacturing and digital transformation for Knit Vietnam Manufacturing (Textile Industry), playing a core role in:

- Accelerating Future Factory: Driving digital and automation transformation to build a more automated, connected, and data-driven factory model.

- Competitiveness: Building long-term competitiveness for Knit Vietnam (eTCO: cost, delivery, quality, and compliance) through digitalization and automation solutions.

- Team Efficiency: Improving team productivity by applying digital and AI solutions.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

- Define and deploy the most suitable industrial models to accelerate performance across Knit Vietnam suppliers.

- Inspire, train, and deploy with suppliers on AdManRI and Automation Assessment, and build clear roadmaps to reach targeted maturity levels.

- Manage and maintain data connectivity between suppliers’ systems and Decathlon platforms.

- Upgrade digital and AI capabilities of teammates in Knit Vietnam.

- Deliver digital and AI solutions to improve operational efficiency across Knit Vietnam.

Background in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Technology.

Proven experience in project and functional management within a multi-stakeholder environment.

Solution-oriented mindset with strong design-thinking capabilities to address complex challenges.

Strong supplier relationship management skills with high performance and expectation standards.
