Advertising Planning Specialist

- Update and prepare research reports on new projects in the Northern market and as requested

- Develop ideas and proposals related to marketing activities based on insights gathered from market research

- Coordinate with contractors/partners to execute marketing activities, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to the planned schedule

- Produce communication materials and design visuals to support project social media channels and marketing activities

- Coordinate the implementation of mini-events and large-scale events to support sales activities and brand communication

Education:

- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in fields such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fieds are preferred

Experience:

- At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry

Specialized skills:

- Proficient in using photo editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar editing tools.

- Ability to use video editing tools is an advantage

Soft skills:

- Foreign languages: proficiency in English

- Good communication and presentation skill

- Creative mindset, willingness to learn and adapt, and a proactive attitude toward work

- Willingness to travel for work, especially during peak project implementation periods
