Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International. We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution services. We have a professional team of 13 Partners and more than 350 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Advisory Client Admin of our Hanoi office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in preparation of service proposals and engagement letters;
• Input clients’ information into the system;
• Prepare and send billing statements to clients as well as record them into the system in coordination with Accounting team;
• Follow up with clients as well as colleagues on status of billings, contracts and engagement letters;
• Arrange VAT invoices for client’s filing upon their payments;
• Assist in report issuance for client’s purposes;
• Monitor the status of timesheet preparation by professional staff;
• Assist in preparation of internal periodical reports;
• Assist Partners in maintaining their diaries and making appointments, meetings with clients, both internal and external;
• Arrange logistics for Partners’ business trip including visas, tickets, accommodation and transportation; and
• Perform other administrative tasks as might be assigned by Advisory Assistant Manager/ Directors/ Partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications/Skills
• University degree in business administration, foreign languages or economics related field;
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing;
• MS Office literacy;
• Good administration and secretarial skill; and
• Good organisation and time management skill.
