Description:

You will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and engaging Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) for our Francia Beauty brands. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with these influencers, leveraging their platforms to create advocacy content, and fostering a community around our products. Your efforts will contribute directly to enhancing brand awareness, fostering brand engagement, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential KOCs within the beauty industry who align with our brand values and target audience.

• Reach out to KOCs through various channels including email, phone number, social media, etc. to establish partnerships.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOCs, providing them with the necessary support and resources to create engaging content.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for KOC engagement and content creation.

• Coordinate product seeding and sampling initiatives to KOCs to encourage product trial and reviews.

• Monitor KOC activity and performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

• University major: Marketing, Communication, … or related

• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current beauty trends and influencers.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management is a plus.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies for KOC engagement.
