Affiliate Management Team Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Team Lead Affiliate Manager to oversee and drive our affiliate marketing team’s success. This role involves managing a team of affiliate managers, developing strategic partnerships, optimizing performance, and ensuring revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep experience in affiliate marketing, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management:

○ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers.

○ Set goals, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.

○ Train and support team members in affiliate marketing best practices.

• Affiliate Program Strategy & Growth:

○ Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy.

○ Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the affiliate network.

○ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Performance Optimization & Analysis:

○ Track, analyze, and report on affiliate campaign performance.

○ Optimize traffic sources, conversion rates, and commission structures.

○ Work with analytics and marketing teams to improve overall ROI.

• Relationship Management & Negotiation:

○ Maintain and strengthen relationships with top affiliates and key partners.

○ Negotiate competitive commission structures and incentive programs.

○ Handle conflict resolution and ensure smooth collaboration with affiliates.

• Market Research & Innovation:

○ Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.

○ Introduce new tools, technologies, and methods to improve performance.

○ Recommend innovative ways to enhance affiliate marketing efforts.

● Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

● Skills:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Proven track record of growing and managing successful affiliate programs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, CJ).

• Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media).

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
