What You Will Do:
- Daily taking care of current agency business and following cargo export/ import shipments for both Air/FCL/LCL till the end of procedure for some accounts assigned by the manager.
- Collaborating with operations to solve the problems and ask the higher level to get support when needed.
- Looking for and exploiting new potential agents on the network to say greetings to them and create new relationships to develop the business
- Learning and understanding the company’s strength to develop the main business of the agents.
- Managing new agency agreements with new agents on the network the company joining every year
- Offering the quotation including air/sea shipment for both export/import shipments to the agent. Then find the best solution to discuss with them to make the business become winning.
- Chasing the agent if they don’t have feedback about our offer by using your own skills to get more information
- Negotiating with the agent when they gave some feedback regarding the quotation and finalizing important factors to get the business
- Collaborating with operation to solve the problems when necessary and ask the higher level to get support when needed
- Collaborating with the pricing to get the best rate for export air/sea cargo
- Collaborating with the vendors to get domestic transportation costs for pick-up/delivery cargo and customs costs for export and import shipments.
- Reporting all shipments handled every weekend to the manager
- Other jobs under assigning from the manager
Yêu cầu công việc
What You Are Good At:
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in logistics/ shipping/ freight forwarding.
- Teamwork, commercial thinking, dynamic, proactive and responsible.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Good English communication/ reading/ listening.
- Computer basic knowledge, MS office.
- Male is an advantage
