Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Quality assurance of instructors (40% for ZT - 20% for AT)
- Planning and implementing the field assessment (offline class) / or online class (online) to ensure the teaching quality of the lecturers on the following criteria: the content of the lecture is correct/sufficient compared to the lesson plan standard.
- Assessment of professional skills (coaching skills / teaching skills / communication skills with students) based on standard competency frameworks set out by CVHL Competence Development Department.
- Feedback and guidance to help improve trainers' coaching skills after each session.
- Feedback on the quality of lecturers with CVHL Competence Development department, together discuss and come up with specific plans to improve / enhance the capacity of lecturers.
- Monitor, urge and update the implementation of CVHL capacity development plans that have been agreed between the Training Effectiveness Evaluation Department and the CVHL Capacity Development Department.

2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs during actual implementation (20%)
- Participating in Drafting/ TTT/ Examining training programs according to TVV/ Manager's Training Roadmap.
- Feedback to the Design Department necessary adjustments to ensure the effectiveness of the program content.
- Observe the actual hours of the programs according to the Training Route of the TVV/Manager and give feedback to the Design Department on points that need to be adjusted to suit the students/the actual business situation.
- Monitor, urge and update the implementation of program adjustment plans.

3. Evaluation of the feasibility and effectiveness of the classroom organization process (10%)
- Participate in the process of drafting and modifying the process to understand the classroom operating process.
- Observe the actual operation of the process through periodic or surprise checks to detect areas for improvement
Responding to CVHL for incorrect points in the implementation of class procedures.
- Feedback to the training administrative team (Training Operational Excellence) the unreasonable points in the implementation process and propose solutions.
- Monitor, urge and update the implementation of process adjustment plans.

4. Participating in projects as assigned by Direct Manager or Head of Department (10%)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in the field of Life Insurance, Business, Law, Training Management or Economics.

2. Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance coaching, sales coaching, sales management, human resources or training management.
- At least 1-2 years in management position.
- Working experience in life insurance/finance industry is an advantage.

3. Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of Life Insurance, Training activities, Sales, Teaching Methods

4. Skill:
- Excellent Adult Coaching Skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Feedback/guide/coaching skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Power point).
- Good people management and planning skills.
