Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agents Acquisition
Role: Individual Contributor
Position Objectives:
AIA puts human in the heart of our agency development business to build up the powerful & productive sales force that help uplift the positive image of AIA insurance agent in the market.
The position is responsible for identifying; creating, leading new initiatives across agency business and to make agents value proposition realized, which will bring value to agent acquisition, activation & retention
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Initiatives (70%)
• Use data, current process and insights to identify gaps & opportunities to improve quantitative and qualitative of new recruits
• Learn best practices from insurance and other industries on mass recruitment and propose these feasible initiatives
• Design & lead agents acquisition initiatives (cross-functional project) at testing phase; evaluation and scale up phase to achieve target of recruitment (quantitative and qualitative depend on business needs)
• Engage & manage stakeholders’ expectations through a deep understanding of business needs and return on investment
2. Agency value proposition enhancement (30%)
• Participate in the enhancement process for value proposition of all segmentation of AIA Agency to differentiate with other channels/segments & market.
• Partner with Corp. Marketing and Agency Channel Marketing to create ideas and generate to initiatives to make agents value proposition realized with target audiences
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate, major in Insurance, Finance, Banking, Trading, Business Management, Economics and Marketing is preferable.
2. Experience:
- At least 5 year working experience in recruitment, business development and project management.
- Leading activation activities/events is preferable
- Experience in life insurance industry is preferable
3. Certifications/licenses:
Holding professional qualifications/licenses on life/health/property/insurance is preferable.
4. Special skills:
- Must be tech-savvy (well informed about or proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and be familiar with digital tools)
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication & High creativity
