Job description

Job Purpose

-The job holder contributes in developing the plan for Agile adoption (domain-wide, organization-wide) andoversee the development of Agile teams across a project

-The job holder ensures that Project Leaders along with project teams (squads) are alligned and working on theright tasks at the right time according to Agile principles

-The job holder trains, guides and coaches project teams (squads) on Agile practices and Scrum methodologiesin the assigned project

-The job holder develops and collaborates with Project Leaders và Scrum Masters to improve efficiency of themethodologies efficiency across the assigned project.



Key Accountabilities

1. Refine and Run TCB's Agile Operating Model for assigned project

- Implemeting and Regular refinement of TCB's Agile Operating Model for a project

- Guide and promotes the adoption and application of TCB's Agile Operating Model based on Agile/ Scrumprinciples, practices, values, tools

(why they work and how they should be applied to assigned project and function)

- Oversee Sprint and Iteration processes to facilitate transparency, inspection and adaptation

- Drive Sprit and Iteration Plannings, Reviews, Show cases to develop standards and requirements for the Agileprocess

- Facilitate brainstorming sessions for new features development and process development

- Help teams use and navigate Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, MIRO) extensively

- Shield Agile teams from external interference and remove impediments / barriers to ensure teams are fullyfunctional and productive

- Work with teams on conflict resolution methods.

- Facilitate scrum events as teaching opportunities.

- Organize opportunities and events for employees to learn more about Agile, inside and outside theorganization.



2. Stakeholder Management

- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities and process improvements by leveraging organization data todrive business solutions.

- Coach Product Owners and Managers on embedding practices of agile management in their routines.

- Facilitate critical retrospectives (as brainstorming and training sessions) to identify project basedimprovements.

- Set up project level impediment resolution process.

- Servant Leadership support for project



3. Talent Development

- Contribute and drive Trainig roadmap for Agile methodologies for assigned project.

- Support in developing Guillds and Chapters for specific roles like PO and Scrum Master within project.

- Train and Coach team members to strengthen capabilities and demonstrate the required mindset andbehaviors.

- Organize and support the team in strengthening Agile ways of working in delivering value to internalcustomers.

- Motivate team members to try out new out-of-the box approaches without taking undue risks

- Attract and retain employees across all levels for a high performance culture.

Job requirements

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences



Domain Expertise

- 08+ years experience in Project management or Product Development in Banking, Finance, InformationTechnology, Business Administration or Project Management in a leading bank or fintech organization

- 02+ years of experience in Leadership and Management

- Knowledge of technical engineering best practices (DevOps) will be advantageous

- Experience in UI/ UX Design will be advantageous

- Experience planning and facilitating large team working sessions

Agile / Digital Experience

- 04+ years experience as an Agile Coach driving Agile Adoption or Transformation from design toimplementation

- Experience in Agile Development and implementation of Agile Transformation Roadmap, Scaling Agile,operating models.

- Extensive training and coaching experience on Agile and Scrum

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking và Finance, Technology, Business Administration or a relateddiscipline

- Project management certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, LEAN, Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Project Management

- Professional Scrum Master certification in A-CSM, CSP-SM, or PSM II, PSM III

- Agile Scaling certification in CSSP, SS or CLP, CLE, Certified SAFe® Agilist, Scaled Professional Scrum™Certification

- Agile Coaching and Agile Leadership certification in Certified Team Coach, Certified Enterprise Coach,Certified Agile Leadership 1 và 2, Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS), Professional Agile Leadership (PAL)
