Agronomy And Partnership Manager

1. AGRONOMY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Online & Offline Farmer Centric activities (FM; FFS; FD; KFN; Large Farm; SoMe Content; …) in strongly alignment with YVN strategy Goals and closely collaboration with Sales & Marketing to deliver the performance growth of YVN.

• Develop efficiency Crop Program on field & fertigation base on key focus Crop/ product roadmap.

• Establish and/or review the Business Plan for Agronomy annually

• Technical trainings of Sales Agronomists

• Lead new product development, product portfolio

• Products registration to local authorities.

• In charge of trial demos and R&D with farmers, partners and local research institutes

• Contact person for YAA Agronomy, collaborate with YAA Agronomy team to launch, implement, follow up regional initiatives at country level

FFB Development:

• Be fully responsible for market development and differentiate FFB product portfolio, with value propositions tailored to customer needs, power, and crop nutrition.

• Be fully responsible for performance of FFB in aligned YVN strategy.

• Work actively & cross functional approach and drive initiatives to ensure the smoothly running of both Operation & Commercial for FFB in Vietnam

• Lead the development of definitions for FFB linked to YVN performance.

2. PARTNERSHIP

2.1. Managing the Sustainable Projects in Yara Vietnam

• Leading initiatives related to Regenerative Agriculture towards ambition ‘’Growing a Nature Positive Food Future”, in which the most 2 important initiatives are: 1) Organic based fertilizers and 2) Climate Choice Fertilizer

• Being the bridge between Yara Vietnam and Region/Global to transfer/convey initiatives on Regenerative Agriculture

• Explore Government projects, NGO projects, Food Chain partners projects…related to Organic fertilizers, sustainability and link to Yara Vietnam business

• Enhance Yara position in Organic based fertilizers market:

- Be able to communicate with Region/Global to exchange Yara Vietnam activities, experience on Organic based fertilizers.

- Work on options to further grow Organic fertilizers in Vietnam market, specially with Food Chain partners.

2.2. Explore potential of developing Climate Choice Fertilizer in Vietnam

• Be able to explore Low Carbon Fertilizer project from Region/Global and propose actions to apply it in Vietnam conditions.

• Scan partners who are interesting in Low carbon fertilizers and evaluate opportunities to develop and launch this product with these partners in Vietnam

1. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

- University graduation (or above) on crop cultivation, agronomy, or plant protection

- Strong experience in government projects, NGO projects, Food Chain partnering projects…related to Organic fertilizers, Sustainability, Regenerative Agriculture

- At least 8-year experience at the same position

- Strong technical knowledge & skills

- Experience to work with farmer

- Coaching, motivate team members

- Fluent in English

2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

3. Working Conditions: In office and travelling for agronomy training, market visits.
