AI Engineer

JOB PURPOSES:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for AI/ML model development.

• Support in training, testing, and evaluating machine learning models under guidance of senior engineers.

• Help integrate AI models into applications, APIs, or production environments.

• Monitor model performance and assist in improving accuracy and efficiency.

• Stay up to date with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices to contribute to team learning.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets to ensure quality and readiness for AI/ML model development.

• Model Development Support: Assist in training, testing, and validating machine learning models under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Model Integration: Support the integration of AI models into applications, APIs, and production environments.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor model performance, identify issues, and assist in improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Research & Learning: Stay updated with the latest AI/ML tools, frameworks, and techniques, and apply learnings to ongoing projects.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, experiments, and results; provide progress updates to the team.

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in IT field.

• 3+ years of working experience in software development related to AI.
