JOB OVERVIEW

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions that drive innovation and business value for our global clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to enhance model performance.

• Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies, and apply them to development projects.

• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and efficiency using cloud platforms and distributed computing.

• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve development practices and solution quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI-driven applications to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development with a portfolio of successful projects.

• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in NLP, chatbots, and recommendation systems.

• Solid understanding of mathematics relevant to AI: linear algebra, calculus, statistics.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Good in English
