AI Recruitment Platform Operator (Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Platform Operator to join our operations team. In this role, you will support day-to-day recruitment operations using our in-house platform and assist client companies throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process job orders from client companies

• Post job openings on external job boards (based on internal guidelines)

• Organize and input candidate resume data into the system

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication

• Assist with onboarding new clients to the system

• Monitor platform usage and support process improvement

• Work closely with the internal team to resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or admin support (preferred)

• Good communication skills in English(Must) and Korean(Preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, and office software

• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to digital workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in recruitment agencies, job portals, or HR departments

• Familiarity with manufacturing sector hiring is a plus

• Basic understanding of digital platforms or ATS is an advantage
