AI Software Engineer

1. Develop AI Applications: Design and implement AI-based software solutions for image recognition, including data processing, model optimization, and deployment.

2. Linux-Based Development: Work on Linux application development using C/C++ and Python, focusing on AI-related algorithm implementation, API development, and engineering optimizations.

3. AI Model Optimization: Enhance and optimize AI image network models to improve inference speed and accuracy across various hardware platforms.

4. Embedded Systems & Driver Development: Contribute to Linux driver development, optimizing system performance and resource utilization while porting and integrating AI applications on embedded devices.

5. Full Development Lifecycle Engagement: Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Information, or a related field.

2. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and best coding practices.

3. System Development Experience:

• Experience in Linux application development, including multithreading, inter-process communication, and network programming.

• Understanding of Linux device driver development and familiarity with ARM/X86 platform development.

• Hands-on experience with embedded software development and AI model deployment on embedded platforms.

• Proficiency with Linux GUI frameworks, such as GTK or QT.

4. AI Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of deep learning and image processing concepts.

• Proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Experience with AI model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and inference acceleration, with a focus on optimizing performance for CPU, GPU, and NPU.

5. Development Workflow:

• Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Git, CI/CD, Docker, and best engineering methodologies.
