Job Description

- Customer service activities owner under file management for the customers under purview; eg expedite shipment from booking arrangement; P&L responsibility; milestones monitor
- New account implementation to ensure smooth process, including hyper care.
- Team KPI driving
- Escalation point for team members.
- Problem solving with RCPS
- Closely monitoring on outstanding, SOP/IOP compliance
- Capacity management, productivity management
- Improvement idea driving
- Team development plan
- To arrange back up matrix in the team as well as on duty schedule of team members to match with customer’s service expectation
- Collaboration among other stake holders such as for effective process
- Execute report request from managers

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding, specific in airfreight
- Min 1 year of Supervisory/Leadership experience is a MUST
- Experienced to work with electronics customers in North Vietnam.
- Knowledge of Airfreight Specific Loading Devices (ULD's), Dangerous Goods (DG), IATA
- Coaching skills
- Communication skills
- Problem solving
- Implementation skills
- High technique, lean
