Mô Tả Công Việc

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
- CONTROL ALL THE ACTIVITIES IN AF DEPARMENT FOR SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICES.
- DEVELOP ACTION PLAN TO ACHIEVE THE TARGET FROM BOD

Performance (40%)
* KRA – KPI
- Develop plan to achieve annual Air Freight targets
- Follow & manage the target of AF department every month
- Develop co-loader sales to achieve the budget
- Develop good relationship with airlines to have good rates
- Develop good relationship with customers
- Manage staffs in daily working strictly to well know the trouble & have perfect advice.

+Support team in dealing the best rate & space with airlines
+ Instruct team solve the trouble with customers, airlines

* Target:
-Follow the target from each BUs, pushing them contribute for AF department every month: 90% target
-90% budget
-Explore more new customers
2-3 new customer per month
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction survey report

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%)
- Training, coaching & work with team to ensure quality
- Reduce the complaints from customers to maximum

OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%)
- Professional customer services
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%)
- Work with HR to develop staff and talent planning
- Develop successor
- Nurture MT staff
- At least 2 course for management levels/year

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Monitor the team activities daily
- Arrange the suitable jobs for each staff
- Develop in sale co-loaders
- Control and solve any AF dept issues/ conflicts if any
- Propose solutions to solve AF dept issues

AUTHORITY:
- Have the right to proposal to BOD the new plan to improve the customer services & good performance

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree : College or University
- Knowledge : Forwarding or Logistics
- Good command in English : B Level
- Good Computer skills (MS Office) : Word, Excel, Power point
- Budget control
- Sales Skills

EXPERIENCE:
- Min. 3 years – experience of AF Manager
- Working for… Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS:
- Report directly to Product Head/ Branch Director
- Manage AF dept activities
- Interaction to: Agency, Sales, BD, OPS, etc
- Cooperate to: Agency, Sales, BD, OPS, ACCOUNT
