Air Freight Manager

• The top in charge of Airfreight dept and report monthly to the board of director.

• Monitoring staff’s working to assure all running correctly.

• Working on rate offer & update for company’s agents & key customers.

• Advisor of net rates & market to internal staff as sales support.

• Visit customers, agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to tailor solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship-building.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Air freight management role.

• Demonstrated proficiency in business operations and strategic planning.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications ie Powerpoint.

• Previous experience in 3PL Freight Forwarding sales preferred; familiarity with a CRM is advantageous.
