Air Freight Operation Executive

- Ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures for each shipment.

- Issue the shipping document, debit note and credit note and provide it to Customer/ Overseas agent timely

- Communicate with customers & related parties to ensure all shipments are expedited timely & properly in compliance with customer’s requirements, handling instructions, provided SOP

- Ensure all operations steps are done timely & properly as customer’s request as issueing draft HAWB, amending HAWB, providing booking confirmation, etc.

- Ensure all shipments are updated in CW1

- Setup timely delivery process in order to meet customers’ requirement

- Keep relationship with the key customer, airlines and other co-loaders.

- Establish good working relationships with Customs and other related government agencies

- Understand KPI target & ensure to be in compliance

- Reporting immediately for any irregularities/ problem and follow-up problem solving to line manager

Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:

- At least 1 year experience in forwarding/logistics

- Bachelor/College degree

Special Knowledge:

- Good command of English

- Good at MS Offices

- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.

- Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independent.
