Air Freight Sales Executive (Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve air freight revenue targets

• Identify and acquire new customers (import/export air cargo)

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales contracts

• Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling

• Monitor market trends, airline rates, and competitor activities

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air freight sales / logistics sales

• Strong knowledge of air cargo operations, Incoterms, and pricing structure

• Existing customer network in air freight is a strong advantage

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international freight forwarders

• Knowledge of both import and export air shipments

• Immediate availability is a plus
