Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities of airfreight business and build up relationships with clients.
2. Actively build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
5. Ensure that rate/space enquires from Clients are responded on timely manner.
6. Arrange contract, credit agreement and AR with clients.
7. Territories cover entire Vietnam.
8. Achieve growth and hit sales targets KPI by managing of sales team leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. 3-5 years’ experience in the sales function of the freight forwarders or co-loading company for Air service.
2. Industry recognized professional with established key contacts.
3. Highly self-motivated and assertive.
4. Work efficiently under pressure.
5. Fluent in English or Chinese.
6. Computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, outlook, etc.
