Air Operation Staff

• Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo

• Liase with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related document

• Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule

• Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process

• Other task required by the superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 02 years of experience in Forwarding/ Logistics Company

• Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation

• Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in cost reconciliation and month-end closing

• Familiarity with ELSA system or similar TMS/ERP tools

• Advanced Excel skills

• Willing to work overtime
