Core Responsibilities:
End-to-End Operations Management
Process customer orders, arrange flight bookings, and track shipments from origin to destination.
Prepare air waybills (HAWB), customs documentation, and handle billing/payment reconciliation.
Manage cargo release instructions and maintain systematic filing of operational records.
International Coordination
Communicate in English with overseas agents/partners via email to resolve logistics issues.
Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, and customs authorities to ensure on-time deliveries.
System & Compliance
Operate logistics management systems (e.g., Cargowise) for end-to-end workflow tracking.
Address transportation exceptions (e.g., delays, damages) and submit incident reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
Experience:
1–2 years in airfreight operations, with knowledge of FOB/CIF terms and export-import procedures.
Familiarity with airline industry reservation systems is advantageous.
Skills:
Fluent English (written/spoken) for cross-border communication.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
Soft Skills:
Stress tolerance for time-sensitive tasks and teamwork adaptability.
