Air Terminal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a solid understanding of air export documentation and operational procedures.

• Handle air export shipments from start to finish (end-to-end process).

• Prepare and issue Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, E-Manifest for export cargoes, and submit AMS/ISF filings.

• Prepare original documents and send Pre-Alert to relevant parties.

• Input and manage data in the internal system, including FWB, FHL, B/L, Manifest, AR, and AP.

• Support the Operation Manager in all operational activities such as outbound handling, airfreight coordination, and customs formalities (e.g., gross weight discrepancies, CD amendments, etc.).

• Generate and update reports directly to the Supervisor / Operation Manager.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, agents, and suppliers.

• Perform other tasks as assigned or discussed during the interview.

Education:

• College or University degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business…

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Airfreight or related field.

Industry:

• Freight forwarding / Logistics

Experience & Qualifications:

• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Friendly, flexible, honest, and a good team player.

• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is an advantage.
