As a front-line staff at the airport, ensure the safety and on-time performance of our flights and provide excellent service to satisfy our valued customers. And to that end, supervising GHA (Ground Handling Agent) as a representative of ANA.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate Japanese language skills in addition to adequate English language skills in order to serve customers on ANA flights between Hanoi and Tokyo or via Tokyo to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. It is also important that you have the interpersonal skills to respond to customer requests and complaints, and to communicate well with your co-workers.
Ground Operation Staff - Passenger Service
• Supervise check-in duty
• Supervise departure gate handling

• English language skill (writing, speaking): fluent
Educational Background:
• Vietnamese candidate who graduated from the university
Required Experience:
• Not required but preferrable

Working Schedule:
・Working hours: 16:00 - 26:00
*There is also overtime within the Vietnam Labor Code.
*There is a chage in time zone due to changes in flight schedule.
・Working hours: 06 ～ 09hours/day (Include 0.5 ～ 01 hour rest time)
・Scheduled working dates are adjusted by monthly roster
