- Preparation of internal materials aimed at getting approval from
- Head of Corporate Planning and the directors team etc.
4. Initial operation after the investment
- Initial operation after the investment
- Bridge with other departments to realize smooth business synergy and organization synergy after the investment
5. List companies that have the possibility of an investment
- We target not only our core business, HR business but also HR related business
- A list of companies that we believe will lead to business expansion

- Graduates / post graduates of related disciplines
2. EXPERIENCE
- 2 years+ experienced in negotiating with client in B2B business
- 4 years+ experienced in M&A Procedure and Process Proficiency
- 4 years+ experienced in Research & data analysis ability with logical thinking
- Person works for a consulting company or is working project planning is a plus
3. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skill
- Details Oriented
- Time management skills
- Good at English, especially reading & writing
- Document preparation ability with Excel & Power Point
