The channels include Horeca, B2B, Institution Sales, Gifting channel during TET, Industrials Zones, etc.
• Map the universe of the customers in different channels identified above
• Define the GTM structure for each channel
• Make the roadmap for the Alternate Channel for Marico
• Drive sales through these alternate channels
• Collaborate cross functionally within Marico and come up with the profitable model to drive business in alternate channel.
• Internal: Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales
• External: Customers in different channels
• Deep understanding of overall business, commercial, distribution channels
• The incumbent should be handling these channels in other organization and should have first-hand experience of managing Alternate channels
• Good in communication and analytical skills. Should have some basic understanding of P&L.
• Should have good collaboration skills
• Should be a go getter and must display hunger to achieve more and must have growth mindset to drive exponential growth
• Should be willing to start new in terms of setting up a new function altogether.
