Phoenix Renewable Services (“Phoenix”) or (“PRS”) is true turnkey Operations and Maintenance (“O&M”) specialist for distributed renewable energy assets. Phoenix’s services include preventative and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring/ DAS analysis and reporting, engineering, installation and retrofitting, deep module cleaning and vegetation control. Headquartered in San Diego, California, USA. Phoenix services over 400 megawatts of commercial, federal/ municipal, and utility-scale solar and energy storage sites throughout Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, and Texas. We are hiring an Analyst position as described below.

Job Scope – Analysis and Monitor

The Analyst will be working in Viet Nam office and primarily responsible for actively monitoring system performance across PRS’ fleet of renewable assets, identifying, and prioritizing alerts, creating performance reports and auditing system performance. The analyst will work with the technical team to further review alerts and system performance anomalies to avoid system downtime. Furthermore, the analyst will support Phoenix’s sales team with data-mining efforts to bolster the company’s potential sales prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor solar systems through multiple monitoring platforms, keep track of the system output and report for any detected errors or hardware defects,

• Consolidated and analyzed data to deliver accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for internal teams and customers,

• Produced in-depth technical reports, including Thermal Analysis, IV-Curve, Performance Ratio, and Site Assessment Reports.

• Data-mine, analyze & conduct prospecting research with an aim of finding out possible solar systems, personnel contact information and any other data to help the sales team achieve goals, and

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, marketing, business administration,

• Fresh graduate or experienced in corporate operation environment,

• Good English skills (verbal and written),

• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, analyzing large data sets (knowing Power Query, VBA is an advantage),

• Multi-tasking, accuracy and attention to detail,

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
