What We’re Looking For

• A collaborative team player with strong work ethics and the ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels

• Excellent quantitative and critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail, and clear communication — able to explain complex ideas simply and succinctly

• Proactive, “can-do” mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Prior experience (preferably 1+ years) in audit, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting
