Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting
Tetra Pak is looking for an Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting who will be responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.
You will also be responsible for Master data activities and the ability to differentiate when to take own fact-based decisions and when to escalate issues encountered in the business to senior Master Data Management levels.
Successful candidate will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
What you will do
As a Analyst - Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting, you will:
Sourcing & Contracting Area:
Drive sourcing and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies.
Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
Deliver training and support End User in relevant tools, usually 1:1 instruction.
Participates in target follow up and corrective action. Communicates results and acts as a proactive partner to End Users.
Ensures correct usage of relevant tools.
Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner.
Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site.
Master Data Management Area :
Execute master data maintenance tasks with high quality and accuracy (create/modify/delete data objects, coordinate inputs with relevant business stakeholders, makes changes in the system)
Manage master data related to supplier ( create / block / unblock / modify )
Independently work on master data activities and the ability to differentiate when to take own fact-based decisions and when to escalate issues encountered in the business to senior Master Data Management levels.

Preferably global or international experience, 3+ years in sourcing contracting and master data management.
University Bachelor/ Master or equivalent.
Fluency in English + Vietnamese (both written and verbal. ). Knowing Thai or Chinese would be an advantage
Good knowledge of IT system SAP Ariba is preferred.
