We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and digitally competent Assistant Brand Manager to support the APAC Marketing team of Piaggio APAC. This role contributes to the planning, execution, and evaluation of regional brand initiatives, ensuring the consistent positioning and growth of the Group’s premium brands across APAC markets.
The position requires a strong foundation in brand marketing, creative project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Approximately 30% of the responsibilities will focus on digital marketing, including campaign performance tracking, and adapting digital initiatives from Headquarter.
*** Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development & Communication
• Support the planning and implementation of brand communication campaigns to
strengthen awareness, preference, and overall brand equity across APAC
markets.
• Assist in developing and managing creative toolkits and brand assets to ensure
consistency with global brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for the rollout of integrated
campaigns across APAC markets.
• Track product launch performance and prepare regular reports on key
performance indicators.
• Ensure that all marketing materials maintain brand tone, visual identity, and
quality standards.
- Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking
• Collaborate with the Market’s marketing team to plan and execute digital
campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website, social media, and CRM performance to optimize
campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate content calendars and social media execution for key markets.
• Understand key digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, reach, engagement,
conversions) to support reporting and insights generation.
• Consolidate post-campaign results and compile reports for APAC management
review.
- Market Insights & Research
• Support regional brand tracking studies and report findings that inform strategic
decisions.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand retail execution, dealer performance,
and competitive dynamics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams including Global Brand Communication, Digital,
Product Marketing, Network Development, and Finance to ensure alignment and
efficient execution.
• Collaborate closely with local market teams to gather campaign results, insights,
and best practices.
Budget & Process Management
• Support the monitoring of marketing budgets to ensure proper allocation,
efficiency, and compliance with financial procedures.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and agency outputs to ensure smooth campaign
execution.
• Prepare performance and financial tracking reports for internal review.

*** Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing or communication roles, ideally within automotive, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and markets.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Adobe, or Canva) is an advantage.
