Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Inventory management
- Responsible to collect and consolidate inventory related information monthly, such as
gross inventory, excess inventory, and safety stock fulfillment
- Responsible to prepare monthly reports to monitor inventory trend and track
performance against the target and push for action to country team when necessary
- Assist country teams to do data analysis and drive PDCA (Plan, DO, Check and Act) cycle
from inventory standpoint for continuous improvement of S&OP KPIs
- Join monthly PSI (Production/Procurement, Sales, and Inventory) planning session in
each country and review the reasonability of planning, as well as coordinate effective
involvement of regional demand & supply planning team
- Lead periodical safety stock target setting in each country and review the reasonability
2. Logistics
- Monitor and control via KPIs & routine reports to ensure that all targets and objectives
are best met.
- Develop, plan, control and report the monthly/yearly expenses of Logistics & Warehouse,
ensure the actual spending are as planned and within the approved budget.
- Co-ordinate with concerned parties to analysis report and set the action plans in terms
of Logistics Warehouse issues
3. Regional reporting and meeting coordination
- Periodical reporting job in APAC region for key metrics on top of inventory & logistics
related
- Meeting coordination as well as following up actions with members

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Prefer 5-10 years of experience in S&OP, Logistics & WH
- Prefer experience in leading or playing a key role of project management
- Excellent in oral and written English + strong interpersonal communication ability
- Familiar with Microsoft office software and good at Excel for the data analysis
- Experience working with SAP, with multi-national colleagues preferred
- Open minded & embrace changes
- Logical thinking and ability to work under high pressure
- Result oriented
