Application Development Manager (C# - Good English)

1. Making project plan, monitoring and controlling project progress, complying company's process. 2. Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right mix of talent and skills across projects, while managing the constraints of project schedules, and scope. 3. Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing) 4. Accountable for success of the project 5. Leading and managing team to counter risk and issues during project execution. 6. Conduct training & coaching leaders/members in software engineering development if required. 7. Communicating and discussing directly with other departments about requirement specifications. 8. Motivate and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring team members remain accountable for their deliverables. 9. Evaluate and measure member performance. 1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline 2. Experiences: - Strong knowledge & hands-on experiences in software project estimation, planning, monitoring & control, risk & issue management. - At least 02 years playing the role of project management. Having experiences to manage multiple project teams at the same time is an advantage. - Good knowledge in software/web application development using C#, ASP, Python. - Knowledge about Database, Web Service, Design Patterns and other engineering best practices (source code control, code review, unit test, build, etc.). - End-user-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-users. - Strong communication, analytical, and logical thinking skills - Leadership Experience: 02 years 3. Skills: Good collaboration and communication skills in English.
