Application Engineer (Sinker/wire-Cut EDM)

• Use machines at the customer's factory or in our own showroom to solve problems faced by the customer.

• Be responsible for machine installation and introductory training for customers.

• Serve as a lecturer on technical content at seminars for customers.

• Use machines to carry out test cutting according to actual customer’s project; make samples for use in showrooms and exhibitions.

• Resolve all troubles with customer’s machine in cooperation with a service engineer.

• Support sales team by providing technical support and troubleshooting to customer promptly.

• Support trading company by providing technical support and troubleshooting to customer promptly.

• Do not neglect to report, contact, or consult with your superior. However, in all situations, you will make decisions based on your experience and intuition.

• Bachelor’s degree with the major in Automation/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering.

• At least 2 years of working experience in working with EDM machines or equipment.

• Basic knowledge of EDM machines/equipment.

• Experience in making technical report

• Good teamwork & communication skills.

• Good English & Vietnamese communication.

• Able to build up good relationship with customer and trading companies.

• Positive attitude, integrity, committed, flexible, innovative.

• Basic computer skills are required.

• Willing to go out for visiting customer daily.
