Application Engineering ( Scientific Instruments) (HN)

-Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and prospects, including applications, demonstrations and sales visits related to technology/specialty industry equipment. - Support in training application and technical to sales team and customers to promote products and services - Provide training to customers in post-sales and method development. - Provide pre-sales technical support through presentations and customer visits - Work with line manager to develop technical proposals and solutions for customers based on their needs - Assist sales team on product demonstrations/technical presentations to customers or at conferences to promote products and services. - Assist sales team in configuring the correct solutions for the customers - Provide technical support to all project stakeholders including applications engineers, project managers, customers, contractors, etc.

- Demonstrate technical knowledge in scientific and medical instruments (AAS, ICPOES, ICPMS, XRF, XRD, FTIR, PSD - Agilent, PANalytical,...) - Demonstrate understanding of corporate risk and customs compliance - Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
