- Define the quality control strategy as well as the corresponding operating process & procedures. Such strategy shall be comprehensive enough to cover testing according to the changes in each of the applications, and their regular tests such as performance load test, process compliance test, failover test, and/or DR switching test.
- Define the testing schedule for each regular test for each application.
- Review and refine each test case to ensure its effectiveness to both business processes and needs.
- Review and refine the set of test cases per application to ensure its comprehensive coverage for the stability on features, performance and availability.
- Determine together with the team on how to use testing tool to automate the test processes.
- Define the requirement of data requirement for each test. Such requirement shall be comprehensive and repeatable with minimum involvement of the live environment.
- Educate peer project team leadership on upstream process, procedural and technical improvements that lead to QA productivity gains. Drive improvements to our overall software development model that result in a better quality experience for the end user.
- Prepare and update proper documentation for all relevant subjects in QA section.
Service Quality Control
- Determine and define the effective way on governing the SLA compliance of the IT services.
- Determine and define the measurement method about the service satisfaction.
- Assign resource to test cases. For human resource, assign resource by loading, skillset, and availability and monitor resource utilization and achievement.
- Determine and arrange proper training for the QA members.
- Manage the effectiveness of the test schedule among the team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 7 years’ experience majority on quality assurance included 2 years in project management experience.
- Fully understanding of ISO on quality assurance.
- Experience on defining strategy on control & improve quality assurance.
- Knowledge on setting up automation testing, managing all kinds of manual testing such as smoke test, regression test, etc.
- Experience on finance system and securities trading system is a must.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and managing risks on large, complex projects.
- Business analysis experience on deriving the project requirements is an advantage.
- Experience using and mentoring on the use of MS Project
- Good presentation, written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and large,
