Application Technology Technician

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive lab tests to develop and refine ink formulations for both Gravure and Flexo printing.

• Oversee and manage ink formulations within our SAP and MF systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Deepen your knowledge and contribute to projects related to Gravure Cylinder technology.

• Partner with manufacturing operations and the Quality Control (QC) team to supervise and control new product and process testing. You'll also provide valuable technical advice to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

• Regularly update and disseminate technical information to ensure clear communication and understanding across the team.

• Provide excellent technical support and solutions to our customers, championing 5S principles and contributing to the overall success of the FTG (presumably a company-specific acronym, consider defining if external audience doesn't know).

• Strong Chemical Foundation: A solid understanding of chemistry principles and proven laboratory testing skills.

• Exceptional Time Management: The ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time in a fast-paced setting.

• Resilience & Eagerness to Learn: The capacity to perform well under pressure and a strong willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory or technical role, preferably in the coating or ink industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

- Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and formulation processes.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
