Job Description
• Prepare design drawings and perspective in Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate with the related parties to advance the design
• Make and check subcontractor’s performance related to the design (from the bidding stage until handover under the management of the team leader)
• Communicate and solve problems directly with site engineers and subcontractors.
• Check the construction site during the construction period (regularly)
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree with Architect major
• Knowledge of Building regulations FF, IP, construction drawings
• Good communication in English; Japanese communication is an advantage
• Experiences: at least 5 years in similar role
Other requirements:
• 30-35 years old
• Passionate about Architectural design
• Good communication with other departments
• Have knowledge about the detail and Structure & ME
