Architecture Design Manager

JOB PURPOSES:

• To be responsible for all architect tasks, building design, studying architectural layouts …

• To produce design drawings and rendering design works.

• To review of design proposals and check all technical drawings.

• To coordinate with Site Dev. Team/Landlords/Consultants/Designers

• To compile designs for the project;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Design Team at Head Quarter, coordinating tasks to office in Korea

• Report work progress to Board of Manager and PM

• Execute architectural drawings and Interior design

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education background:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Design/Architecture or equivalent.

Working Experience:

• At least 5-6 year of experience in architectural projects, prefer experience in interior design.

• Experience in the Architecture and Interior design in hotels, resorts/ entertainment facilities, retail..

Required Competencies

• Knowledge about Vietnamese building standards. Being able to understand construction documentation and detailing information.

• Skilled and experience user of Auto Cad, 3D max, Illustrator, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Ms Office proficiency, ect.

• Technical drawing skills using various software

• Good communication skill and ability to consult customer together with sales.

• Good English speaking and writing skills

• General understanding in ID work processing and installation method.

Other qualifications:

• Able to work overtime;
