Purpose of Position - Manage, development and monitor the activities and performance of Pharmacy Business Consultant of Department - Report and support Business Unit Manager to achieve objectives of Pharmacy Business Department - Cooperate & Implement Marketing plan to achieve agreed business objectives Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm 1. Manage, development and monitor the activities and performance of Pharmacy/Wholsales Business Consultant of Department • Training, Coaching Business consultant and People development in frequency • Incharge Customer Pharmacy, Pharmacy chain, or WH (HN -HCM or provinces • Manage and monitor the activities and performance of Pharmacy Business team • Establish, manage an effective and practical call plan in cooperation with Business consultant (BC) on CRM system. Guide staff to plan effective Call based on customer's potential • Check and follow-up BC activities to maintain a daily schedule of calls on customer, coaching with BCs on field, support BC to solve issues • Spend 75% of time working on field and make double visit with BC, to evaluate BCs’ Call on company CRM system as planning • Set up Pharmacy Business target & follow-up the realization of BC target of Team • Up-date to BC all information: company Pharmacy Business policy, product knowledge, price, promotion campaign… • Organize weekly, monthly meeting with BC to review market situation, identify problem to find proper solution • Evaluate BC performance and give necessary training to BC (product knowledge, selling skill…) to improve and develop their competence and make proposal to BUM to motivate BC 2. Report and support Business Unit Manager to achieve objectives of Pharmacy Business Department and company • Implement strictly company policy • Keep confidential principal information (data, price, promotional activity, marketing & company policy…) • Make quarterly/annual Pharmacy Business forecast, monthly expense forecast, travel expenses • Respect deadline of report submission (weekly, monthly, Pharmacy Business target, appraisal of BC performance, monthly expenses forecast, call report and other extra reports required by BUM) • Collect necessary information relating to competitors’ activities or other issues which may affect Pharmacy Business Department and Company business & report to BUM for further action • Look for & make proposal to BUM new customers, new territory, new business opportunity • Ensure of having correct information by reviewing customer database together with BC, adjust align with company policy • Perform effectively special or extra mission, task assigned by BUM (market survey, update product knowledge, selling skills …) • Co-ordinate & keep good relationship with other Pharmacy Business teams in Pharmacy Business Department, customers, internal departments • Co-operate with other departments to solve all issues relating to business, operation, payment, delivery (if any) • Co-ordinate with clients in field working, discussion on promotion campaign, exchange of market information, customer’s feedback • Participate in organization of Company event (Pharmacy symposium, RTD…) • Follow up, evaluate and make proposal to improve Key Customer activity (Pharmacy chains, Sub dist, Agent…) 3. Territory Account Management (TEAM) • Act as Team Coach for assigned territory & propose development plan • Attend monthly cooperation meetings between all departments in relation with customers to improve service levels to trade (See TEAM procedures for further details)

Job requirements
