Mô Tả Công Việc

The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales activities of our pharmaceutical products in a specific region.
This role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing effective leadership to the sales team.

1. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned region in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and government institutions within the region to maximize opportunities to promote and sell company products.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets for the assigned region.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in the region, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and research & development to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.
- Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the region to inform decision-making and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and business reviews with the team to ensure consistent communication and alignment of goals.

2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical/Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the specific region.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
