- Deal with Directors; Heads of hospital (KOLs) for products listing regions
- To achieve sales volume & value for Customer sales.
- Develop an annual local professional conference to ensure consistency with strategy
- Re-build DERM markets to commit IMS target and increase market share.
- Coach sale team: analysis market, execute Sale Effective Call Plan, discover real demand of Doctors, negotiate and control budget.
- Install Compliance in Eucerin operation
II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1 Customers & Competitors Management
• To achieve sales volume & value for Customer sales
• To understand the procedure for product listing and make sure to list new/existing products to hospitals/new hospitals as assigned
• To establish effective relationship with Dermatology hospital (Directors, KOLs, Doctors, Head of hospital) to increase their recommendation/ prescription for Eucerin brand
• Develop and control annual local professional conference and group presentations to ensure consistency with strategy
• Do competitor’s analysis and propose action plan to secure sales
2 Daily Operation Management
• To ensure that the sales operation plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood by his/her sales force.
• To guide, correct, and control his/her sales force in the execution of sales operations plan to achieve company objectives.
• To control the application of trade incentive promotions
• Ensure successful implementation of the agreed marketing/trade marketing activity plans.
3 Team Management
• Coach, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his/her subordinates as well as to appraise their performance.
• To follow up the development of his/her area potential and recommend further actions.
• To execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company
